Contact TranscriptKit
How to reach the TranscriptKit team: public profiles for bug reports, feature requests, and press, plus what to include in your message.

The fastest ways to reach us
TranscriptKit is a small, focused team, so we keep contact channels simple. We currently do not publish a support email. Instead, reach us through our public profiles:
- GitHub — github.com/yeat001/TikTok-Transcript-Generator. The best channel for bug reports, broken-link reports, and feature requests. Public issues keep answers searchable for everyone.
What to include
Short messages get faster answers. When you write, include:
- The URL of the page or tool you were using (for example, the TikTok transcript generator or the MP4-to-text converter).
- What you expected to happen and what actually happened.
- The video link or file type involved, if the issue is tool-specific.
- Your browser and language settings, if the problem looks visual or locale-related.
What we read every day
Bug reports about transcription quality or caption detection, requests for new export formats or languages, and privacy questions about how uploads are handled. Feature requests are tracked openly on GitHub, and the most requested items shape the roadmap.
Response expectations
We usually reply to well-formed reports within a few business days. Security or privacy reports are prioritized — if you found something sensitive, lead with the word "security" so it gets routed first.
